AN INDEPENDENT VOICE FOR DISTRICT 39

For too long, Richmond has been dominated by one-party rule—and the results speak for themselves. Housing costs have skyrocketed. Working families are being priced out of the communities they helped build. And now, with Democrats controlling every lever of state government, there's no one left to ask hard questions or demand accountability.

As a Realtor for more than 45 years, I've helped generations of families find homes across Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, and Fairfax. I've sat across the table from young couples struggling to afford their first home and longtime residents worried about being pushed out by rising costs. I understand what's at stake because I've spent my career helping families navigate it.

I've also spent my life giving back to this community—serving more than a decade on the Alexandria Electoral Board, including as Chair and Secretary. I've volunteered for over fifty years with the Girl Scouts, mentoring young women at the local, regional, and national level. I've served as President of the Inova Alexandria Hospital TWIG Auxiliary and remain active at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

I'm not a career politician looking for my next promotion. I'm your neighbor—and I'm running to draw the line.

Here's what I'll fight for in Richmond:

  • Affordability – Real solutions to bring down housing costs, not empty promises from politicians who've let the problem get worse
  • Accountability – An independent voice willing to challenge one-party rule and put District 39 families first
  • Common Sense – Practical, pragmatic leadership that focuses on results instead of partisan games

HOUSING AFFORDABILITY

Northern Virginia's housing costs have spiraled out of control while Richmond politicians offer only excuses. As a Realtor for 45 years, Julie has helped families navigate this crisis firsthand. She'll fight for real solutions—not more empty promises from career politicians who let the problem get this bad.

COST OF LIVING

From groceries to utilities to property taxes, families across District 39 are being squeezed. Too many neighbors are one unexpected expense away from crisis. Julie will push for policies that ease the burden on working families—not add to it.

A CHECK ON ONE-PARTY RULE

Democrats now control every lever of power in Richmond—the Governor's mansion, both chambers, and every statewide office. Without an independent voice willing to ask tough questions, there's no accountability. Julie will draw the line and put District 39 ahead of partisan politics.

FAIR & SECURE ELECTIONS

Julie served more than a decade on the Alexandria Electoral Board, including as Chair and Secretary, overseeing dozens of elections. She knows how elections should be run—transparently, fairly, and by the rules. She'll bring that same commitment to integrity to Richmond.

EMPOWERING WOMEN & GIRLS

Julie has spent more than 50 years mentoring young women through the Girl Scouts at the local, regional, and national level. She was honored by the Alexandria Commission on Women for outstanding community service. She'll continue fighting for opportunities for the next generation.

COMMUNITY FIRST

Julie isn't a career politician climbing the ladder—she's your neighbor. She's served this community through her work, her church, and her volunteer leadership at Inova Alexandria Hospital. She's running to serve District 39, not a political party.
